Brighter Connections: Referral Program For A Cause!

1. Think of individuals who could benefit from our services, like friends, family, or colleagues.
2. Reach out to us with their contact information, and be sure to mention to them that we will be contacting them. For each referral received, we will donate $100 to the Alzheimer’s Foundation in your name together with the name of your referral.
3. Once we are able to contact them, both you and the referred person will receive letters of thanks from our office and the Alzheimer’s Association.
